Lambton College Ranks Number One in Employer Satisfaction.

Lambton College is ranked number one in Ontario for employer satisfaction.

According to the latest Key Performance Indicator report, the college earned a perfect score with 100% of employers surveyed reporting they were either satisfied or very satisfied with the skills of their new hires.

Vice President of Student Success and Campus Services Rob Kardas says being able to report a perfect employer satisfaction rate is an awesome achievement for the college.

“I think it may be the first time we’ve had a perfect score,” says Kardas. ” We’ve always scored very well in this area and have always been very high in the province. We’ve owned the number one spot before, and then we might have fallen to 3 or 4, but now we’re back at number one.”

An alumnus of the college would include anyone who has graduated from a degree, diploma or certificate program.
